Refund policy

At Koko and Company, we take great pride in providing high quality, hand crafted candles to our customers. We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, please review our refund and return policy below. 

Returns- We accept returns for unused candles within 14 days of pickup or delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost, once we have received the item and inspect the returned product, your refund will process within 7-1- business days. 

 

Damaged or incorrect items- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and we will promptly either refund or replace the items immediately, your satisfaction is our number one priority.
